Returns
We want you to feel confident choosing FAULT.
If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Because our products are made to order, all returns must be approved prior to shipment.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Decks must be unused and not gripped or ridden
- Apparel must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must be in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or altered decks
- Worn or washed garments
- Final sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will review and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Because our products are manufactured and fulfilled by production partners, resolution may involve coordinating directly with those partners.
Return Process
- Email us at info@faultboards.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return for the original item once approved.
