Fault Boards Co. Limited Warranty
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
Fault Boards Co. warrants that skateboard decks purchased directly from Fault Boards Co. or an authorized retailer will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Fault Boards Co. will, at its discretion:
• Replace the defective product
• Issue store credit
• Provide a comparable replacement product
The warranty remedy is limited solely to these options.
2. What Is Considered a Manufacturing Defect
Examples of manufacturing defects may include:
• Delamination of maple plies
• Structural separation not caused by impact
• Improperly drilled truck holes
• Major structural defects present at delivery
Fault Boards Co. reserves the right to determine whether a defect qualifies under this warranty.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal use or riding, including but not limited to:
• Deck breakage from impact or landing
• Chips, dents, or stress cracks from riding
• Damage caused by tricks, downhill riding, or obstacles
• Wear from trucks, wheels, or hardware
• Water damage or environmental exposure
• Cosmetic scratches or graphic wear
• Damage caused by modification or improper setup
Skateboard decks are considered consumable sporting equipment and will naturally wear during use.
4. Safety Notice & Assumption of Risk
Skateboarding is an inherently dangerous activity that may result in serious injury or death.
By purchasing and using Fault Boards Co. products, the rider acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with skateboarding.
Riders should always:
• Wear appropriate protective equipment
• Inspect their skateboard before riding
• Avoid riding damaged or compromised equipment
Do not ride a skateboard that has been cracked, chipped, or structurally compromised.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fault Boards Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.
Fault Boards Co.’s total liability shall be limited solely to the replacement value of the product purchased.
Fault Boards Co. shall not be responsible for:
• Medical expenses
• Personal injury claims
• Property damage
• Lost wages or other financial damages
resulting from the use of its products.
6. California Proposition 65
Products sold by Fault Boards Co. may contain materials or components that expose users to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm.

Include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the product
• Date of purchase
Fault Boards Co. may request that the product be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement.
8. Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
9. Changes to This Warranty
Fault Boards Co. reserves the right to update or modify this warranty at any time without prior notice.
The warranty in effect at the time of purchase will apply to the purchased product.
